Order Cancellation Guidelines

Before Order Dispatch:
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been processed or handed over to the courier service.

After Order Dispatch:
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. However, you may request a return after receiving the product in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

How to Request Cancellation

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Cancellation will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Orders that have already been dispatched

  • Orders placed during promotional offers or clearance sales

  • Customized or specially prepared items

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved and payment has already been made, a full refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on the payment option used at checkout.
